The WASIC 2024 conference was aimed at encouraging candid debate and promoting business partnership and financing towards sustainable access to water and sanitation services for all Kenyans. The overarching theme for the conference was "Accelerating Investments for the Sustainable Access to Water and Sanitation for All". The Conference further aligned with the Kenya Government Agenda aimed at increasing the level of Public-Private Partnerships, within the Water Sector.

Beware of Jobs, Supplier Prequalification and Tenders Scams
The Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) wishes to draw the attention of the public and our suppliers to be aware of fraudsters making requests for payment for jobs or internships, supplier prequalification, or upfront payment for tenders to do business with the WaterFund.The WaterFund has recently received inquiries from recipients of such calls. We would like to remind the public no payment is required for jobs or internships that may be listed in our Vacancies page. Similarly, all requests for quotations and open tenders for the WaterFund are issued officially through award letters signed by the WaterFund's CEO and no payment is required.
